Brentwood Suites

Hotel and breakfast were good, but the room they gave us was haunted (room 8012). During the evening at around 9 or 10 pm there was consistent faint knocking at the side of my bed and it kept going for about 1 hour, but I ignored it and thought it was from another guest from the next room. But around 3:10am, my colleague who also stayed in the same room said that her bed was kicked hard which woke her up. To the management: you should try to consult a spirit expert and have a priest visit and bless these haunted rooms

Cafe Elements review (5 stars) Background music is played at a soothingly low level to allow for conversations. The seats are well arranged and clean. Plenty of walking space in between, whilst carrying a plate of food. Now the food selection for the complimentary breakfast is very good. The scrambled eggs are fluffy and light, the sweet and sour fish is so soft and tastes delicious, the soup is also heart warming but also flavored well. Not too strong, good for slowly waking people. The western breakfast selections are also perfect. Cereal and bowls, bread and spreads, and coffee and milk are well presented. Fruits and vegetables and tea are presented neatly in plates surrounded by ice. Perhaps this is to preserve freshness. It tastes that way. Seeing the plate drying ovens in the side is a nice touch to reassure customers that they are using very clean plates. I also like the diffused lighting. No direct glare for bulbs or LEDs. Well done setting the atmosphere of the venue just right. Oh and for anyone who forgot to charge their phone before they came down, there's plenty of charge sockets available near the seats. There's provision to welcome walk-in guests to eat with us, but at a price. That's okay. The meals provided are worth it. Very filling. Hotel Suit review (Also 5 stars) The bedding was clean and pleasant. We did have an extra bed under the TV though. We only needed 2 double beds. The wifi was fast and reliable, though I'm glad they're short range wifi because none are encrypted. I'm glad to see a phone in the bathroom. For medical emergencies this is essential. The staff are well mannered and dressed. No bugs or pests in sight. Must be a concealed deterrent for them. Well done. The air-conditioning is clean and quite silent as far as the bedroom and dining room is concerned. Even the elevator air on works well, despite it being a little warm. Oh and the elevators are so clean. Thank you.

Rooms are ok. If u like having cockroaches every where especially the washroom. And wake up bitten from them too. And tv so small cant even see. And having a green line in the middle of screen makes it even harder. Toiletry not enough just half a roll if anything gotta keep asking. And just normal tissues they dont have. And there complementary breakfast is ok, but double check the food might find a cockroach 🪳 Other than that is a ok place to stay. Not the best quality rooms.

Had a decent stay at Brentwood; however, there was a lot of baby cockroaches in the bathroom. The free breakfast buffet was below average in quality but it did leave me full enough with energy for the rest of the day. I think those are the only flaws to my stay at this hotel. Other than this, they have excellent service for valet parking and luggage assistance. They have accommodating hospitality and very courteous staff. The room was good.

Brentwood Suites is located at Quezon City here in the Philippines NCR. I'll be here with my co-leader's in different area's, and this is the venue that conduct our Orientation-Seminar. We spend here 3 days and 2 nights. Brentwood Suites is is not so big but this is very suitable with business gathering, Seminar, It is very clean, they have nice function room with complete serve of foods .The room is ok with complete toiletries like toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gel, soap, shampoo with conditioner, complete bath towel, hair dryer, laundry organizer, bowl with bede, shower with hot and cold. They have coffee,cream,sugar electric kittle, mini ref with water inside, closet ,slippers ,the aircon is running good ,the bed have complete setting with comforter and 3 pillow each bed. they have 2 bed's and 1 folding bed with complete set of comforter also. Each room they have 3 beds, they have complete instruction guide incase of emergency posting door inside. All lights inside is good, they have also a television with remote, tables and chairs, mirror, directory guide and wifi , you read all what's inside brentwood services giving to all guests, they have an emergency contact# , complete address of the establishment, they have also a telephone. All you want to need and concern just call. This all inside the room. The staff is kind friendly they entertain you well. They have until 7th floor, I think this is all i contribute in my personal experience.
